1. Initial Inspection and Delivery Guarantee: Upon delivery, we guarantee that our structures will be in pristine condition. In the rare event that any damages occur during transportation, Toptup Gallop Global will promptly repair ALL damages at absolutely no cost to the owner.

2. Workmanship and Material Defects: We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and materials. If any defects in workmanship or materials are discovered upon the arrival of your structure, we will undertake the necessary repairs promptly and free of charge.

3. Material Defects Within the First 13 Years: We assure you that our products are built to last. Should any material defects become apparent within the first 13 years after purchase, Toptup Gallop Global will address and repair the issues at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions: It’s important to note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to flooding or storm damage. Additionally, damages resulting from improper installation, modifications made by parties other than Toptup Gallop Global, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
